We can help guide you on ways to reduce stress in your everyday life.

Stress can be the cause of many mental health problems as well as physical ailments. We will work with you to increase your ability to live in the present moment.

Stress is mental, physical/emotional, and behavioral. We will work to challange and change all three as part of treatment. Some behavioral techniques we use to achieve deep relaxation include guided imagery, mindfulness, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and deep breathing.

We will work with you to develop your own individualized plan for use in your daily routine.
