Connecting with your counselor from home

To help slow and ultimately work towards stopping the spread of COVID-19, the counselors at Along the Path offer online videoconferencing. With our HIPAA secure online platform, you can meet with your counselor from your home using a smart phone or computer.

You will not need to download any programs or apps. Just need an internet connection.

Call Rebecca at 815-397-4287 option 1 to answer your questions and schedule an appointment.

Then what?

After scheduling your appointment, you can request to receive a text and/or email with the link to the Telehealth website or you can access it using the link below.

A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, just click on the link. Select your counselor.  Then enter your name at the prompt. You are now in a virtual waiting room and your counselor has been notified.

If you'd like to test your audio and video quality, just click the "Pre-Call Test" button. Your counselor will be with you shortly.
