The opportunity to work independently in a private practice environment without the administrative responsibilities that usually coincide. Scheduling and billing responsibilities are minimal as they are mostly taken care of by our Administrative Director.
Consultation and support of fellow therapists and counselors. Regular group consultation and case management reviews.

Our Ideal Applicant
Experience working with a diverse clientele and sensitivity towards LGBTQ community
Competence in case-conceptualization as well as collaborative and objective treatment planning and implementation
Provides trauma-informed psychotherapy or counseling
Specializes in one or more areas of mental health such as CBT, ACT, DBT, MBCT or EMDR
Motivated to grow their practice and provide excellent therapy to high functioning clients in a supportive and respectful manner
Proficient with using electronic medical record technology
Flexible regarding scheduling clients and willing to work two or more evenings
Has at least 2 years experience providing therapy in an office setting
Education and License
Master's Degree
Clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or Clinical Psychologist) or eligible to sit for their profession's clinical exam
