JASON PECKELS, MSED, NCC, LCPC
Jason holds a Master's in Education from Northern Illinois University's graduate counseling program. He has over 19 years experience working with adolescents and adults in the field of mental health treatment. Jason specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and traumatic stress and is an EMDR Institute trained therapist.
JENNIFER MITCHELL, LMFT
Jennifer graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2004 with an MS in Applied Family & Child Sciences with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has experience working with individuals of all ages. She provides counseling for depression and anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and ODD. Jennifer offers individual counseling and also works with couples and families. With training in EMDR, Theraplay, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Therapy, and CBT as well as others, she is able to draw from several different treatment approaches to meet the unique needs for each client.
Andrew is a master’s level graduate student at Northeastern Illinois University. He is currently a pre-licensed counselor at Along the Path Counseling pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is interested in working with adolescents and adults, specifically in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. Andrew works from an existentialist perspective with a person-centered approach. He frequently uses mindfulness interventions in his work with individuals.
Andrew has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy that informs his work as a counselor. He has been a professional guitarist for 20 years and enjoys finding ways to use art and the creative process with his clients.
