ONLINE GROUP THERAPY

Starting in June 2020

During this time of physical distancing, online group therapy is a way to connect with others, to process your experience in a supportive environment and challenge assumptions you may hold.

HOW TO REGISTER
&
THE FINANCIAL INVESTMENT

Call Rebecca at 815-397-4287 to register. She will do the initial registration. Then you will arrange a time to connect with one of the facilitating counselors online for about 10 to 15 minutes through our secure telehealth platform. This is an opportunity to learn more about group, ask questions and experience the online system. There is no cost for this brief initial meeting.

Each group session is 75 minutes. Groups meet online four times a month.

The cost is $60 per month. There is no per session adjustment or credit for sessions you are not able to attend during the month.

Payment is due at the beginning of each month and holds your space in the group. Payment can done with a debit or credit card.
